Editing

GRPR provides both line editing and content editing. Content editing occurs first and is the process in which we read your manuscript and provide "big picture" feedback regarding such areas as plot development, character continuity and depth, developing your voice, and other areas.

When these items have been addressed, we can offer line editing, which is a line-by-line grammatical critique of your manuscript. Should you purchase both services, rest assured that we will not stop until a manuscript worthy of presentation to a publisher has been created.

Editing has a set fee of $1500 for each type (line and content), $3000 for the total editing package. It's important to note that we do not stop the editing process until all parties are satisfied with the manuscript. Some companies require a fee and only give 2 or 3 rounds of editing remarks. That works for some authors who only need 2 or 3 rounds, right? We know at the end of the editing process that your manuscript has become a representation of Glass Road PR as well, and we'll help you make sure that it's the best representation of both you and us that it could possibly be.
